Juan C. Guerrero is a founder, growth and product expert, and freedom maximalist. He founded Blockchain Jungle, Latin America's largest freedom technology summit—known for bringing cypherpunk pioneers like Nick Szabo, David Chaum, Phil Zimmermann, Peter Todd and dozens more to Costa Rica. He co‑founded Dojo Coding, a builder community that has incubated startups from hackathon to seven‑figure venture raises, and All Time High, a Spanish‑language academy focused on Bitcoin and sound money education. Guerrero has consulted on growth and product for dozens of startups across Latin America, led award‑winning campaigns as Digital Director at Jotabequ Grey (Effie Silver 2024), and operates World ID in Costa Rica. He advises the Miss Universe Organization on digital collectibles and fan experiences.
Early life and education
Guerrero is from San José, Costa Rica. He studied at the Universidad de Costa Rica (Tech Academy) with a focus on digital innovation, blockchain, data and cybersecurity (2017–2019), and completed additional programs on Platzi (AI, marketing, Web3, data, startup school). He holds professional certifications including CCNA (R&S, Security), CISSP (2019), and IAB Full‑Stack Digital Marketing (2017).
Career
JCG Agency (2015–2022)
Guerrero founded JCG Agency in 2015, growing it from a boutique performance shop into a multi‑seven‑figure operation serving more than 50 clients. The firm focused on data‑driven growth and early applications of blockchain/crypto in marketing.
Political marketing (2021–2022)
He led or advised digital strategy for election campaigns in Costa Rica, and later consulted on campaigns in Ecuador and Argentina, applying analytics‑driven outreach, rapid‑response content and performance advertising.
360 Integral (2022–2023)
As CMO and later Senior Advisor for Strategy & Digital Transformation at 360 Integral, he rebuilt marketing operations and GTM playbooks for fintech and SaaS clients, implementing AI‑assisted creative and analytics stacks.
Jotabequ Grey (2022–2023)
Guerrero served as Digital Director at Jotabequ Grey (WPP network), driving integrated performance and creative for regional and multinational brands (e.g., Pepsi, Gatorade, Reynolds, Flor de Caña, Pizza Hut). Blockchain Jungle
Guerrero is the founder and executive director of Blockchain Jungle, a conference launched on 16 November 2023 at the Costa Rica National Convention Center. National outlets La Nación and El Financiero previewed the event and quoted Guerrero as executive director, highlighting the summit’s sustainability and innovation focus with speakers such as Nick Szabo.[5] [6]
Post‑event reporting covered a turnout of 3,500+ attendees, 47+ speakers, programming across two main stages and 20 thematic rooms, an art & sustainability showcase, a “Doing Business in Costa Rica” session with PROCOMER, and Bitcoin voucher activations with Azteco.[7] Local business media framed the event as positioning Costa Rica as a regional hub for blockchain and sustainable tech.[8] [9]
2025 edition. The conference announced its return as a two‑day edition in 2025 with a projected 6,000+ seats and expanded year‑round programming.[10] [11]

Dojo Coding and All Time High
In 2024, Guerrero co‑founded Dojo Coding, a developer community and startup builder for Web3 and AI. Dojo has hosted large‑scale hackathons (including a launch hackathon with 350+ developers in 2025) and, through its programs, has incubated teams that went on to raise six‑figure non‑dilutive grants and seven‑figure venture rounds (repeatedly across several startups). In August 2025, Dojo and the Starknet Foundation concluded the first Startup House—a 12‑day accelerator in Nosara, Costa Rica—with mentoring, investor access, and a Starknet matching offer for Demo Day raises.[12] [13]
Guerrero also co‑founded All Time High, a Spanish‑language crypto academy and community (500+ paying students in year one), focused on Bitcoin, stablecoins and applied Web3.
Miss Universe Organization: Web3 advisor
In late 2024, Guerrero advised the Miss Universe Organization (MUO) on its first Web3 collectibles initiative, Crowns of Time—8,888 digital collectibles celebrating the pageant’s 70‑plus‑year legacy and unlocking fan experiences (access to 130+ MU events worldwide, runway shows, photo opportunities, community perks). Guerrero operates World (World ID / Worldcoin) in Costa Rica, overseeing orb logistics, government liaisons, partners and community growth. El Financiero reported on the rollout and an early pilot integration with the Yuplón offers platform, where Guerrero served as Growth Director.[17]
