Juan C. Guerrero is a founder, growth strategist and AI-native builder based in San José, Costa Rica. He founded Blockchain Jungle, Costa Rica's freedom-technology summit, which drew 5,000+ attendees from 60+ countries in 2025. He co-founded Dojo Coding, an AI-native software studio and builder community in the OpenAI Partner Network, where he is CMO and Head of Product. Earlier he was Digital Director at Jotabequ Grey, in the WPP network, where his work won two Effie awards. He wrote The Last Skill (2026), on why agency under consequence is the one human capability AI cannot own.

Blockchain Jungle
Guerrero founded Blockchain Jungle and is its executive director. The first edition opened on 16 November 2023 at the Costa Rica National Convention Center, with 3,500+ attendees and 47+ speakers. National outlets previewed it as an event about blockchain and sustainability and quoted him as its director.
The 2025 edition drew 5,000+ attendees from 60+ countries, with 52 sponsors and partners. Guests the summit has brought to Costa Rica include Nick Szabo, Phil Zimmermann, David Chaum, Samson Mow, Mario Nawfal and Peter Todd. In 2025 it hosted the first Tether WDK × Avalanche hackathon.

Dojo Coding and All Time High
In 2024 Guerrero co-founded Dojo Coding, a software studio and builder community for AI and Web3, where he is CMO and Head of Product. In August 2025 Dojo and the Starknet Foundation ran the first Startup House, a 12-day accelerator in Nosara, Costa Rica. Dojo joined the OpenAI Partner Network at Select tier in September 2026, and co-organised Quantathon CR 2026, Central America's first quantum-computing hackathon, with CERN's Open Quantum Institute and the University of Costa Rica.
He builds with fleets of AI agents: 10,000+ commits across 20+ repositories, including open-source Claude Code plugins, MCP servers and an Agent Skill for Tether's WDK. He also co-founded All Time High, a Spanish-language academy on Bitcoin and sound money.

Earlier career
Guerrero co-founded JCG Agency in 2015 and ran it until 2022, running performance campaigns for brands and digital strategy for election campaigns in Costa Rica, later consulting in Ecuador and Argentina. In 2022 he was CMO, then Senior Advisor in strategy and digital transformation, at 360 Integral.
From 2022 to 2023 he was Digital Director at Jotabequ Grey, a 130+ person agency in the WPP network, one of three directors reporting to the CEO, working for brands including Pepsi, Gatorade and FIFCO. He was digital lead on Volveré, an AI-assisted song that recreated the late Costa Rican singer Capmany's voice, which won an Effie Silver.

World in Costa Rica
Guerrero operates World, the World ID proof-of-personhood network, in Costa Rica, covering Orb logistics, government liaison, partners and community. El Financiero reported the rollout and an early integration with the Yuplón offers platform, whose parent company, Alianza Capitales, he served as Head of Growth.

Miss Universe Organization
In late 2024 he advised the Miss Universe Organization on Crowns of Time, its first digital collectibles: 8,888 pieces that unlock fan experiences across the organization's events. The launch, with JCG Agency as partner, was announced by the organization and covered by industry press.

Writing
Guerrero writes about technology, economics and freedom. He contributes to HackerNoon, where he was named Contributor of the Year in News at the 2022 Noonies. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino shared his article “Tether May Become America's New Strategic Reserve Buyer.” His concept paper Decentralization of Things looks at how blockchain, AI and connected devices converge.
In March 2026 he published The Last Skill: What AI Will Never Own. He also publishes research essays on this site.
